ASSOCIATE MINISTERS

Mission Statement:
The Associate Ministers in cooperation with the Pastor will function as support staff to promote the spiritual growth and welfare of the church; to serve faithfully and consistently in assigned tasks; to serve in the teaching ministry (Christian Education/Bible Study); to visit the sick and shut-in; to give concern for the morally delinquent and spiritually indifferent; give thoughtful consideration to the policies of the church that will enable it to fulfill it’s complete mission; to encourage by example and word the missionary, evangelistic, educational, stewardship responsibilities of the church, and perform such other duties as assigned.


Objectives/Goals:
  Attend monthly ministers training with the Pastor.
•  Attend all leadership training, workshops, and conferences.
•  Support the major functions of the church and outings (engagements) of the Pastor as possible.
•  Teach and lead in worship
•  Improve participation at mid-week prayer and bible study.
•  Improve attendance and participation in church ministries and functions.
•  All ministers are expected to tithe regularly.

The Pastor will give advice, council and instruction to the ministers in all matters concerning the church and congregation.
